- I get up around 5:30am and walk Gus over the park where he can chase rabbits and foxes and generally wreak havoc with any other dog up at that time who is willing to play
- He spends most of the morning asleep and protecting the castle
- Mrs M gets home and walks him mid afternoon which is much the same as earlier in the day with the added fun of him totally ignoring Mrs M and mostly just running off across the fields till he realises he may not get fed if he does not return to the person who feeds him ( Mrs M)
- I return home from work and I'm pestered and followed round the castle till I give in and put on my running gear and take Gus out for a run, this is where he truly is in his Element. he will run and run and run, no matter how fast or slow I go he is happy to trot along, this is also the time he is at his best behaved.
- upon returning from our run Gus will seek out his bed and clean himself of all mud (I have never seen a dog that disliked dirty paws and legs so much)
- Once he is happy he is clean he then falls asleep
